Tasting Notes
Look: Dark, dark red.
Smell: Smells good? Not a big smell, but deep, a little complex.
Attack: Blackberry? (The bottle says we should taste it)
Evolution: Dry, subtle/mild flavor.
Finish: Dry, not very long,
Overall, quite good. It's a 2000 vintage, which means there's not many bottles left in the store. If we see it again when we go back to the store, we'll get it again. Phil drank 3/4 the bottle.
