Cross Training with Wii Fit.

Niki
Weight: 124.8 (+0.7)
BMI: 24.50

Niki and I need to work a bit harder to move towards our goals. I will work on eating more and Niki will work on eating less. Goal for next week: to see a weight gain for Phil and a weight loss for Niki.
