Marathon Training Day 30

Niki here. We ran an easy 3 miles at the rec today in our Vibrams. My calves hurt a little, but not as much as they did last week. I am slowly building up muscle in my legs.

We both beat our best times today! We are awesome! Running is getting easier every time. Eventually I will get my pace down to 12 minutes per mile. For now, I'm just glad I feel good after I run.

We are watching the olympics right now. They are showing women's figure skating. Neither of us like figure skating much. I would much rather watch hockey or curling. Oh well, maybe tomorrow.
